Everyone has their own space in this cozy cabin. This space has additional sleeping for 2 (trundle twin beds), which also doubles as seating space.

Two twin beds (the trundle pulls out from below the day bed) are located in the loft to sleep up to two extra guests.

Unwind in front of the loft’s gas fireplace with a captivating book. Or catch up on work on the dedicated office desk and chair. Chairs and stools are rated for 350 lbs.

The dining area comfortably seats four, or 6 with the provided folding table and chairs. Six can sit comfortably at the outdoor table. Folding chairs are rated for 650 lbs.

Comfortable plush seating is perfect for reading a book, day dreaming out the window, watching your favorite show, or even catching up on work. For those who want to enjoy private screen time, there is a Roku TV in the right side bedroom.

Savor the private wooded views from one of six rocking chairs on the wrap-around porch, offering a breathtaking 180-degree panorama of the mountains. Grill up a feast on the gas grill while observing the local wildlife in action. Rocking chairs are rated to 300 lbs.

We enjoyed our stay at Hearthstone! The cabin is stunning and has a HUGE deck with AMAZING views! The location is perfect – convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but off the beaten path. We didn’t feel like there were any neighbors nearby even though we could see another cabin slightly through the trees. One of my family members has mobility issues but she didn’t have any issues getting into the cabin or around inside as there is a ramp from the parking area to the deck and both bedrooms are on the main level. There was enough room to park 2 minivans and still have some maneuver area (a plus in the mountains). My favorite part of our stay was sitting out in a rocking chair while watching a thunderstorm come in at sunset – I could see the lightning between the mountains and the show was incredible!

“Charming Winter Retreat”
This lovely stone cabin is so tranquil, cozy and inviting. We felt welcomed the moment we walked thru the front door. Other cabins are nearby but it didn’t detract from that much desired secluded feeling we were searching for. Views of sunsets from the deck were magnificent! Our host was terrific and promptly responded to any questions we had. The modern kitchen and other amenities provided everything we needed for our long weekend.

Questions
What is in the Starter Kit?
We provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 4 kitchen trash bags, 2 trash bags in each bathroom, 2 dishwasher packs, 2 laundry packs, and soaps (dish and hand) – enough to get you started. Depending on your usage and length of stay you will likely need to bring additional supplies. There are several grocery stores conveniently located near the cabin.
When will I get the address and cabin access?
The address, directions, and door code will be sent to you through the message center no later than 24 hours before check-in time, provided rental agreement is signed.
What are the roads like to the cabin?
All roads are paved! The road to the cabin is a little narrow, so use caution when going around curves. Vehicles exiting the area will often pull into driveways to allow those entering to pass. The Smoky Mountains National Park area is very hilly and the cabin is on a hill too. The steepest part of your drive will be right as you approach. There is a hairpin turn that will lead straight to the driveway , which is also steep. For your safety if there is ice on the roads you will want a vehicle that can handle those conditions.
What fees are included?
Fees include Cleaning and Damage Insurance. Travel insurance is highly recommended and is offered at booking (offered via Insure Stays).

Do I need 4 Wheel Drive or Tire Chains?
The general rule of thumb for mountain roads in this area: if ice or snow conditions are present, you should have a 4-wheel drive or snow chains.
Do I really need travel insurance?
While it is not required, unforeseen circumstances can arise. You work hard for your money, and travel insurance can cover you if you need to cancel your stay. Click here to find out more about the InsureStay travel insurance offered at each booking.

Office hours are M-F, 9am to 5 pm Eastern, via platform messenger only.
The Red Tape:
- 6 person maximum staying overnight
- We will send a rental agreement that must be signed before you gain access to the property.
- No smoking of any substance, including vaping. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500 plus the cost of cleaning.
- No pets. Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 plus additional cleaning fees if you bring a pet.
- No parties or events. Quiet times are 10 pm to 8 am. Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500, plus the expense of any necessary cleaning. They will also be immediately removed from the property with no refunds.
- Follow all posted hot tub rules and use the hot tub at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult.
- Everyone gets fresh hot tub water! The hot tub is professionally drained, cleaned, and refilled before each stay, and everyone gets fresh water. It may be a little cloudy, this is normal. Sometimes it won’t be up to temp right at check in but will heat at 7 to 10 degrees per hour.

- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.
Area is hilly, and while all roads are paved to the cabin, there can be steep roads on your way to the home. The cabin sits on the edge of a steep incline, and it is recommended that guest stay on the living level of the home for their safety.
** Fees collected at booking include normal Cleaning and accidental Damage Insurance. No Security Deposit is collected.
